2. Order & Delivery
2.1 Same-Day Delivery: We provide same-day delivery of fresh coconut water to our customers. Orders placed after the cutoff time may be delivered the next day. 2.2 Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation via email or SMS upon successful purchase. 2.3 Delivery Address: Customers must ensure the delivery address is accurate. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses. 2.4 Delivery Delays: While we strive for timely deliveries, external factors such as weather, traffic, or unforeseen circumstances may cause delays.
3. Returns & Refunds
3.1 Due to the perishable nature of coconut water, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered. 3.2 If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 2 hours of delivery with an unboxing video and clear photos as proof. 3.3 Refunds or replacements will only be issued if the damage is verified. 3.4 We are not responsible for any dissatisfaction due to personal taste preferences.
4. Order Modifications & Cancellations
4.1 Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed for delivery. 4.2 If you need to make any modifications to your order, please contact us immediately at info@coconut4you.com or call 9000172964 / 9000173964. 4.3 We cannot guarantee modifications will be possible once the order is processed.
5. Subscription & Membership
5.1 We offer monthly and yearly membership plans where customers receive daily coconut water deliveries. 5.2 Members receive 5 extra coconuts per month as a benefit. 5.3 Membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable. 5.4 Membership renewals must be completed before expiry to avoid service interruptions.
6. Payment & Pricing
6.1 We accept online payments via Razorpay, UPI, Debit/Credit Cards, and Net Banking. 6.2 Prices listed on our website are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. 6.3 Coconut4You reserves the right to update pricing at any time without prior notice.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 Coconut4You is not liable for any allergic reactions or health issues caused by the consumption of coconut water. 7.2 We ensure quality checks before delivery, but customers are advised to consume the product fresh and store it properly
